Update: Oliver, Earl and....Drumroll, Please....

MUCCHI CHUMBUCKLES!

Have you ever heard a funnier cat name? I love it! WW sent an update on little Mucchi Chumbuckles the week after he went home and he is doing great! He is getting along really well with the other little kitten that she adopted. Someone actually tossed that other kitten out on the road and luckily someone rescued it and WW adopted it. Those are two very lucky kitties there.

KS also sent an update on Oliver and Earl. They are also doing really well! KS said that they act like they have been with them their whole lives and, of course, they are inseparable. Her kids love them and they love people! She said they had company and the kittens just wanted to be around everyone...until they just fell asleep in the middle of the floor - haha!

It sounds like they are settling in wonderfully!

Congratulations to Ben and Obi (Formerly Maurice)

Ben and Obi (formerly Maurice), the last two babies, went to their new home last night! I am so excited for them - they got a great set of kitty parents! Matt and Meghan were super excited to take them home. They came prepared with the cutest little collars for the boys - complete with jingle bells and name tags. Meghan even MADE one of the collars! I was so impressed. It was adorable. She said she couldn't find a second collar that she liked so she "just cut another collar and sewed some ribbon on it." She said it just like that - like it was super easy. I get the feeling that Meghan is awesomely crafty.

When I got to work this morning, I got the most wonderful surprise! I had a note and some pictures waiting on me when I turned on my computer!

(matt and meghan with obi and ben)

(obi checking things out - he was a bit timid at first...even hid under the couch for a little while, but he came out after seeing ben roaming around. he is going to do just fine.)

(meghan said ben immediately took to his new surrounding and tried to play with everything in the house. this does not surprise us.)

I aso need to share updates that I got on the other three kittens! I will try to post again tomorrow night! It makes me happy to see that they are all so loved!

The Sweet Miss. Tuesday

Okay, guys - it's time to start talking about Miss. Tuesday. She has done a really good job at making the kittens look good on this blog, but she hasn't said nearly enough about herself.

Miss. Tuesday needs a home too. Christopher and I just look at these pictures of her and shake our heads. She is not nearly as photogenic as she is sweet, loving and affectionate.

I would like to share with you part of a comment left on the blog a week or so ago: "Mama cat (Miss Tuesday) is the best cat of all. She is loving and affectionate and purrs all the time. Good natured. I love her. Who ever gets her hits the cat lottery." --Cindy Richter, Foster Grandmother of Miss. Tuesday

Did you hear that? "..hits the cat lottery." They cat lottery, people! Are you really going to pass that up?

Here's Tuesday getting some love and head scratches from Christopher:

She is such a sweetheart! We really want to find her a good home.

Congratulations to Cole, Earl and Grey Oliver!

Congratulations to Cole, Earl and Grey Oliver! All three babies went to their new homes this evening! It was a little sad...I may or may not have cried for a brief moment before we went in to the AARF House, but it was also VERY happy! They are going to love their new homes and they will be very well taken care of.

(...i'm not sure which one this is, but isn't it a cute picture??)

Thanks to KS, WW and their families for giving these babies a good home!
